It is an honor to chair such an experienced team\u201d, says Elina Kuula, Chair of the Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, the board will meet to plan the 2021 executive board program. This year, taking care of students&#8217; well-being and influencing the City of Rovaniemi is seen as particularly important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBecause of the pandemic, we\u2019ll pay special attention to promoting student well-being and communality. For example, we hope for additional investments in the resources of student welfare services\u201d, Kuula continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The responsibilities of the members of the Executive Board in 2021 are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elina Kuula, Chair of the Board<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jere Tapio, Vice Chair of the Board, financial affairs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niko M\u00e4ntynen\u00e4, work and leisure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hanna Palosuo, social politics, international affairs and tutoring<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krista Per\u00e4l\u00e4, education politics, advocacy communication, municipal and electoral affairs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siiri Peuraniemi, environmental affairs, sports and event and operational communication<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The Student Union of the University of Lapland LYY is a student community of about 3,800 members at the University of Lapland.
